Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or registering for any Bijak Wealth programme. By accessing our website at bijakwealt.biz or registering for a workshop, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or registering for a programme, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are registering on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have their authority to do so and that the person meets the age and capacity requirements.

3. Nature of Our Services

Bijak Wealth is a financial education provider. Our programmes are designed to build knowledge and understanding of personal finance topics in the Malaysian context. Our workshops do not constitute regulated financial advice under the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007, the Financial Services Act 2013, or any other Malaysian legislation governing financial advisory services.

Content delivered in our sessions is educational in nature. Participants are encouraged to seek independent advice from a licensed financial planner, solicitor, or tax adviser before making financial, legal, or estate planning decisions.

4. Programme Registration

Registration for a programme is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to limit cohort sizes to maintain the quality of the learning experience.

Upon registration, participants will receive:

5. Payment

Programme fees are as listed on our website at the time of registration. All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is required in full at the time of registration. We accept payment by bank transfer and selected online payment methods.

6. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

6.1 Participant Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your attendance to a different cohort, please contact us at least five business days before your first session. Subject to availability, we will transfer your registration to the next available cohort at no charge.

6.2 Cancellations

Cancellations made more than five business days before the first session are eligible for a full credit applicable to a future programme. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the first session are not eligible for a credit or transfer. We are unable to offer refunds once a programme has commenced.

6.3 Changes by Bijak Wealth

We reserve the right to reschedule or modify a programme where necessary due to circumstances beyond our control, facilitator illness, or minimum enrolment requirements. Where we reschedule a programme, participants will be offered a transfer to the next available cohort or a full credit.

7. User Conduct

Participants in our programmes agree to:

Bijak Wealth reserves the right to remove a participant from a programme without refund if their conduct is disruptive or disrespectful to others.
